Booking from an open slot
Schedule
Open Schedule, choose day, week or month, then click any empty slot to start a booking with the time pre-filled.
Preventing double-booking
Schedule
Zmorda blocks overlapping bookings for the same provider or room. Users with the override permission may confirm with a reason.
Check-in and start visit
Appointments
Arrived → Checked In → In Progress. Starting a visit creates a linked clinical encounter.
Using the body diagram
Dermatology
Pick a view, click the body to drop a numbered marker, then document the finding, size, severity and photo.
Documenting Botox units
Cosmetics
Place each injection point on the face map and enter units for that point. Zmorda totals units per area and overall.
Charting on the odontogram
Dental
Select adult or pediatric dentition, click a tooth or an individual surface, then set the condition and planned treatment.
Lot and expiry tracking
Inventory
Every consumable is tracked by lot. Expired lots are not selectable for new procedures without an authorised override.

Reports
Every report supports date, provider, specialty and branch filters with Excel, PDF and print output.
Building a custom role

Start from a default role, then toggle module, page and action level permissions before saving as a custom role.
